Contribution modelling survey questions
The Athena SWAN committee are monitoring whether different work functions are being spread equitably between different staff groups (for example men vs women).
Work functions and example activities are taken from the UCL Academic Careers Framework and so can also be used to self-assess whether you are covering all the UCL promotions criteria.
