MSEC consultancy is focused in five key areas;
- Curriculum Development
- Assessment Development
- Quality Assurance
- Faculty Development
- Development of health education policy and systems
We will work closely with you to co-develop medical education relevant to your environment.
Our consultancy ranges in scope from small scale audit and advisory work to the co-development and implementation of world class education programmes.
A medical education curriculum must be up to date and relevant to the community in which it operates.
UCL Medical School constantly updates and refines its curriculum and we use this expertise to inform our consultancy in this area.
Our tailored approach is critical – we work with our clients to understand their needs and those of the community or country the curriculum is to operate in, to develop bespoke curricula to support learning.
Assessment drives learning; high-quality, valid, repeatable and relevant assessment programmes provide a robust means of directing learning and demonstrating that students and clinicians have met recognised standards.
We offer a range of services, from reviewing existing assessment, to a full evaluation and design of tailored assessment programmes.
Robust Quality Assurance is essential to monitor and continually improve educational programmes after they have been launched.
The rapid development of medicine and medical education requires the ability to evaluate programmes effectively and make necessary changes efficiently.
Our experience in Quality Assurance lets us work with our partners to find solutions that work for their institutions.
Our comprehensive range of courses develops skills across all areas of medical education.
