Research Finance ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

Candice works on general finances and department research grants.

 

Naomi Britton

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

Naomi manages marketing and external communications including the website and digital presence for the Department, as well as supporting internal communications, events and more.

 

Wai Ki Chan (Bob)

Office ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

Bob is the first point of contact for general enquiries and supports the day-to-day functioning of the Department and the office, alongside basic admin, finance, estates, safety, HR, and communication tasks.

Hallie Cook

SENIOR TEACHING AND LEARNING ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

Hallie manages the Teaching and Learning Team and is responsible for the administration of the department’s undergraduate and postgraduate taught degree programmes.

Heidi Fetula

SENIOR Research and Finance Administrator

Responsibilities

Heidi manages departmental finances and research grants.

Responsibilities

Indra provides confidential wellbeing and student experience support and guidance for our first year MPBE undergraduate students. Any first-year student can meet with Indra on Monday or Friday when she is available in the department.

DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER

Responsibilities

Hab manages the operational structure of the department professional services team and departmental resources such as human resources, communications, administration, finance, security and IT.

 

Dennis Tsang

IT systems ADMINISTRATOR

    Responsibilities

    Dennis works closely with the UCL’s central IT services to maintain and resolve issues with managed desktops, printing networks and computer security.

    i4health CDT AND RESEARCH PROGRAMMES MANAGER

    Responsibilities

    James manages the research programmes at the EPSRC i4health centre for doctoral training (CDT).

    Responsibilities

    Simon is responsible for all public engagement and PPI at WEISS. He is the first point of contact for these activities at the Centre.

    Responsibilities

    Phil is leading on the In Theatre project, WEISS's most ambitious engagement project yet, aiming to engage with communities in East London about the place of surgical technologies in culture, society and the future.

    Clare is Executive Assistant to the WEISS Director.

    Responsibilities

    The post-holder deals with the administration of the Centre for Medical Image Computing from HR, Communications and event management.
