3 June 2024
Dr Catarina Veiga, Associate Professor at UCL Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering, and Dr Lisa Whittaker, Patient and Public Engagement Coordinator at King's College London, have co-authored a series of three articles for CRUK which aims to improve the accessibility of scientific research, especially for those undergoing treatment. The series is based on a recent PPIE project where they co-created an accessible information sheet based on a journal paper. Four different perspectives of the co-creation process are presented in the mini-series; PPI Coordinator, researcher, graphic designer and patient representative. click for a larger version of the poster.
The first article has been released on the CRUK website and the following two will be released weekly.
