Title: Augmenting Radiotherapy Segmentation Workflows

Abstract:

The medical imaging project InnerEye at Microsoft Research Cambridge will give you an introduction to our work in “Augmenting Radiotherapy Segmentation Workflows” and the tools that we have developed as part of this work. We will show you 2 models deployed at Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge and the open source code that we are releasing this month to allow you to reproduce/deploy on clinical environment this results using Azure Machine Learning services. This might take 30 to 40 min and we would like to have some feedback/discussion on how this could help you to accelerate model building for COVID-19.
