A paper written with Ewan Bigsby, Peter Sedgwick and Peter McCrorie, looking at which students at St George's liked problem-based learning, and which did not. This was yet another paper which Medical Education did not even deem to be worth sending out to review, and we eventually abandoned trying to publish it. It still seems though to have a very useful and a very simple message: what some students like, others do not, and that depends on both personality and motivations for study.
