I am pleased to share the following good news.

• Zonglun Li has successfully passed the viva with minor corrections. The title of his thesis was `Modelling and revealing intelligence in complex biological systems: a regard from genetic circuits to neuronal networks'. He was supervised by Alexey Zaikin.
• Thanks from the dean to all staff who attended the graduation. At least 13 staff from mathematics attended which was fantastic.
