The closing date for early registration for ICDEA2019 has been extended to midnight Sunday April 7 2019.

The deadline for standard registration has been extended to Sunday 9 June 2019.

Registration for individual days will also be available at the conference desk during the meeting.

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 27 June 2019 for which there is a separate fee. 

The conference excursion will be held Wednesday 26 June 2019.

• Early online registration fee (before 7 April): £300
• Standard online registration (8 April – 9 June): £340
• Reduced fee for PhD students and retired staff: £210

Early Bird Registration

The closing date for early registration for ICDEA2019 has been extended to midnight Sunday April 7 2019

Standard Registration
The deadline for standard registration is Sunday 9th June May 2019. Registration may also be done at the conference registration desk on the day.

One Day Registration
Registration for individual days is available online, and may be available at the conference desk during the meeting. However, it would be advisable to check in advance by emailing icdea2019@ucl.ac.uk if you are intending to register in person on the day.

If you wish to register for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days instead of the full 5 days, you will need to book separate one-day tickets and specify which days you wish to attend.

Reduced PhD Student registration fees (a copy of the student ID is required)
Before registering and paying for this conference, please send a scanned copy of your student ID to icdea2019@ucl.ac.uk and you will receive a confirmation email and a registration code.

Reduced retired staff registration fees
Before registering and paying for this conference, please contact Steve Baigent.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 27th June 2019, for which there is a separate fee.

Conference Excursion
The conference excursion will be held Wednesday 26 June 2019, for which there is a separate fee.
