London accommodation is booked-up well in advance and so we advise you to book your accommodation for the conference as soon as you register. If you manage to book somewhere in the Bloomsbury area, you should be located near UCL.
Reserved Allocation at Royal National Hotel
We have organised an allocation of 150 rooms at the Royal National Hotel (38-51 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0DG) from 23rd June 2019 for up to 5 nights. This allocation will be available for conference attendees to book on a first-come-first-served basis until 26th May 2019 only, after which any further request for accommodation will be on request and subject to availability.
These rooms will be at the following rates:
Single = £98.00
Twin = £123.00
Rates are per room per night including English breakfast and VAT at no more than 20%.
To make a booking from this allocation, you will need to contact the Imperial Hotels Central Reservation Office (tel: 0207 278 7871, e-mail:info@imperialhotels.co.uk) and quote the reference which you will receive once you have registered for the ICDEA 2019.
Please note, full credit card details will be required at the time of booking, i.e. card number, expiry date and security code. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to 11am on the day of arrival. Any “no shows” will incur one night’s charge.
