From January 2025 departments in the Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences will be running a series of virtual and in-person open events, during which you'll have the chance to find out more about studying with us and what life as a postgraduate student at UCL is like. At our open events, you'll have the opportunity to hear from academic staff and current students, and ask any questions you might have about the department, your chosen course and studying at a world-leading university.

Graduate Virtual Open Events
Join our virtual open event sessions on Zoom to find out more about your chosen course, the department and studying at UCL. You'll have the opportunity to hear from academic staff and ask any questions you might have about life at UCL.
Graduate In-person Open Events
Join our in-person Graduate Open House Event to visit our campus, speak to current students and staff from the department in a casual setting and find out more about postgraduate study at UCL. These Open House sessions provide you with the chance to visit the department and find out more about our wide range of Master's programmes, how our programmes are taught, and what it's like to study at UCL.
Graduate Open Events: UCL East Postgraduate Open Evening
12 February 2025, 5pm-7pm
Join us on 12 February for the UCL East Postgraduate Open Evening to discover more about the future-focused, interdisciplinary degree programmes in Advanced Materials Science and Sustainable Chemistry offered at UCL's east London campus. As well as a faculty fair, there will be opportunities to explore our specialist teaching spaces; like our fully kitted media suites, double height wet labs, gallery and maker spaces.
