IOP Juno Champion
Physics and Astronomy have achieved a Juno Champion Award from the Institute of Physics (IOP) for its work addressing the under-representation of women in university Physics.
In the Research Excellence Framework (REF2021)
- Fifth highest ʽResearch Powerʼ of all Physics submissions nationally
- Outputs with a combined 4*/3* of 96.4%
- In terms of 4* percentage we are Q4 (top quartile) for environment in the sector
