Juno Champions
UCL’s Department of Physics & Astronomy operates on principles of good practice that promote transparency and fairness. This enables us to address the under-representation of women in university physics and encourage better working conditions for both, women and men. We are proud to have a higher than average representation of females among our students and academic staff.
The Institute of Physics (IoP) has recognised our achievements with a Juno Champion award.
