Safety Forms
In order to assist in the management of safety, a series of forms have been created to record risk assessments under; the Management of Health and Safety Regulations, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulation and the Health & Safety (Display Screen equipment) Regulations. The LCN’s workplace inspection forms and the internal health and safety management audit form are also included here.
