The HEP group has a long tradition in outreach. We are a diverse group that is involved in a broad range of neutrino and lepton flavour physics, searches for dark matter and exploration at the energy frontier. Representative of our work, we showcased two stands: the deep underground neutrino experiment (DUNE) and the hunt for dark matter. Both stands were popular with our alumni, school classes, prospective students as well as friends and relatives of current students. The button on the DUNE simulation sending muon neutrinos from Fermilab, near Chicago to the Sanford Underground Research Facility near South Dakota was pressed 170 times during the two days of the exhibit.
