UCL Science and Technology Studies Department Year 12 ‘Taster Day’

Students will engage with current staff and students, and gain insight into pathways available to them after sixth form.

Throughout the day, students will participate in interactive sessions, including teaching workshops, lectures, tours and an alumni careers panel aimed at providing both a stimulating and informative experience.

We encourage Year 12 students with an interest in the history, philosophy and/or sociology of science to attend. Students who enjoy science subjects but do not wish to continue on to careers in science practice are often particularly drawn to our offerings. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.
