Cosmic UCL continues University College London’s 200th anniversary celebrations with a special one-night-only showcase of curiosity, creativity and the joy of discovery.
This live event brings together some of UCL’s most inspiring and award-winning enthusiasts for science, engineering, medicine and the brilliantly unexpected details that make our world a wonderful and fascinating place.

☆ We’re excited that Olympic Champion and UCL alumna, Christine Ohuruogu, noted science author and biochemist Nick Lane and the materials scientist and chemist Saiful Islam (a UCL alumnus) are all joining the already stellar lineup for Cosmic UCL ☆
Hosted by physicist, author and broadcaster Helen Czerski, (BBC’s “Rare Earth” , “Blue Machine”), Cosmic UCL will feature familiar faces and voices from your telly box, radio, podcasts and your well-stocked bookshelf, including:
