HEP Seminar: Indirect detection of dark matter in the era of multi-messenger astrophysics
Dr Elena Pinetti (Flatiron Institute) - 828, IOE - Bedford Way (20)
In the era of multi-messenger astrophysics, indirect searches for dark matter are rapidly advancing. By studying the potential by-products of dark matter interactions—such as gamma rays, neutrinos, and cosmic rays—we can probe a wide range of dark matter candidates. In this talk, I will review the current status of these searches, with a special focus on novel observational strategies, and highlight the exciting prospects offered by upcoming observatories.
