More on the Speaker: Professor Quentin Pankhurst

Quentin Pankhurst is a Professor of Physics and Director of the UCL Healthcare Biomagnetics Laboratory. As an academic entrepreneur he is the founder or co-founder of six spinout or start-up companies, including Endomagnetics Ltd (2007); Resonant Circuits Limited (2009); and MediSieve Ltd (2014). The most advanced of these, Endomagnetics Ltd., currently has 127 full-time and 9 part-time employees, has an installed base in 1150+ hospitals in 45+ countries world-wide, and has brought cancer treatment interventions to more than 410,000 patients to date.
