APEX is back! Far future Earth: Geological traces of the Anthropocene
We are delighted to resume our APEX seminars this academic year with a talk by Professor Jan Zalasiewicz, a geologist, paleontologist, stratigrapher, and Emeritus Professor of Palaeobiology at the University of Leicester.
Our first Astrobiology and Planetary Exploration (APEX) seminar this year is on Thursday 13 October at 1:00 pm featuring the following talk:
- Prof Jan Zalasiewicz (Leicester) - Far future Earth: Geological traces of the Anthropocene
The talk will be hosted online and joining details will be circulated one or two days before the event. Please contact Joanna Fabbri if you are not on our regular mailing lists and wish to attend the meetings.

APEX Online and Hybrid in Term 1
The Astrobiology and Planetary Exploration (APEX) seminar series will continue with a programme of mixed online and hybrid format talks in term 1 of the 2022/23 academic year, on Thursdays from 1-2 pm.
