APEX returns Thursday 23 Jan in the Harrie Massey LT with Dr Tom Nordheim
APEX starts this term on Thursday 23 January with a talk by CPS-alumnus Dr Tom Nordheim on Charged particle weathering of icy moons. Please note the one-off day and venue (Harrie Massey LT) for this first event. We'll be moving to the new day and place from the week after (Tuesdays, 1-2pm, Pearson LT).
The Astrobiology and Planetary Exploration (APEX) meetings return at 13:00 on Thursday 23 January with a one-off special - this week only - in the Harrie Massey lecture theatre (UCL). It will feature the following talk:
- Dr Tom Nordheim (JPL): Charged particle weathering of icy moons

APEX 2020: NEW TIME & PLACE
Please note that the remaining APEX seminars this term will be shifting to a new day and lecture theatre at UCL, although still keeping our lunchtime slot. With the exception of the first seminar this term, which will take place on Thursday 23 January in the Harrie Massey LT, seminars will be held on Tuesdays,1-2pm, in the Pearson Lecture Theatre.
