The UCL Space Domain will be hosting its third One O'clock Space Lecture on the 5th of February, 1-2pm in LT G6, Archaeology Building, entitled 'Living with a Star' given by Professor Sarah Matthews. All welcome to attend.

Professor Sarah Matthews
Professor of Solar Physics at UCL Dept. of Space and Climate Physics
Professor Matthews' areas of expertise include Solar physics: storage and release of energy in magnetic fields in the solar atmosphere; active region structure and evolution; initiation and evolution of solar flares and coronal mass ejections; formation mechanisms of 'sun-quakes'; solar energetic particle acceleration and space weather; ground and space-based instrumentation for remote sensing observations; solar activity and terrestrial lightning correlation studies.
