Lunchtime Seminar: Tips for successful Innovate UK Grant Applications
Join us to learn how to make your Innovate UK grant application stand out from the crowd and successfully access innovation grants.
This lunchtime seminar is intended for academics who wish to apply for Innovate UK funding.
Innovation-related grants are a key enabler for delivering impact via the translation of academic research. However, applying for a grant often requires a significant investment of time to put forward a compelling case. So, what are the key elements that make a successful grant application? How can you make your application stand out from the crowd and deliver a winning business case?
Richard Foggie from the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) will be visiting UCL to give academics tips on writing a good Innovate UK grant proposal, explain why particular questions are asked, and advice on how to efficiently structure information in the application.
Furthermore, you'll have a chance to hear from UCL successful bidders who will share their experience with Innovate UK grants.
Academics attending this lunchtime seminar will leave armed with the knowledge and information needed to create a compelling grant application for collaborative projects.
Lunch will be provided.
