Sophia is the Faculty Student Experience Officer. Her role is to support departments and faculty with student voice activities, induction and student experience. She provides training and support for course representatives throughout the year, as well as the yearly election of representatives. This training includes sessions on gathering feedback, ASER and how to be an effective course representative. She also compiles the faculty reports for all central and external surveys involved in taught courses and can do this at departmental levels if requested. She is working on the Module Evaluation project with the UCL Student Partnership team.
