Aniela Grundy

Aniela is a Polish language tutor. In her capacity as Head of the SSEES (School of Slavonic and East European Studies ) Language Unit at UCL she managed the development of online language courses. She also created a specific-skills course, Listening and Speaking Skills in Polish, designed for postgraduate students, and other e-learning materials.

Christine Sas

Christine is a language tutor at UCL’s Department of Dutch, and has contributed to the production of on-line teaching material for the Virtual Dutch website. She also teaches on the postgraduate programme Dutch Cultural Studies which is wholly taught on-line.

An Vanderhelst

An is an online language course developer, and tutor in UCL’s Department of Dutch. She teaches the comprehensive language course Hogelands from distance, as well as the reading courses in Business Dutch and Early Modern Dutch which she also developed. She further designed and developed a suite of online teaching and learning tools for the Virtual Dutch website, and the MA in Dutch Cultural Studies.

Miranda van Rossum

Miranda has been involved in the development and teaching of online language and language-related courses since 1999. Among other things, she is the main author of Lagelands and Lagelands 2 (the predecessor of Hogelands). She also developed and taught online modules in Language Learning and e-Learning, and Languages for the University of Hull's online MA in Language Learning and Technology. She

has also advised on the development and teaching of several other online courses.
