The LonDownS Consortium is an inter-disciplinary group comprising 6 different workgroups. The work of each workgroup is designed to complement and to be compatible with the work of the Consortium as a whole. We have groups working with:
- Adult participants
- Child participants
- Genetics
- Cellular modelling
- Mouse modelling
- Alzheimer disease in DS
The diagram below illustrates how we work together on aspects of Alzheimer's disease in people with Down syndrome to look at emerging findings in each group from the perspective of other disciplines.
