New publication in Nature Immunology for Acton Lab

A new publication in Nature Immunology by the Acton lab and colleagues has shown that the fibroblastic cellular network of the lymph node is a mechanical balancing act that responds adaptively to immune challenge to support the ongoing immune response. To understand the mechanics of lymph nodes, the team used a multi-disciplinary approach using biophysical and immune assays in ex vivo and in vivo tissues. The collaboration and expertise of the LMCB community was an essential element to this research story.
