Good wellbeing
Good wellbeing can help you:
- Feel confident and positive about yourself
- Build healthy relationships
- Enjoy the world around you
- Handle stress and bounce back from change
- Reduce physical health problems
You may not feel happy and positive 100% of the time – that’s normal. But if you’re feeling low for a long time, it’s important to get help sooner rather than later.
UCL’s approach to wellbeing:
At UCL, your wellbeing is just as important as your grades.
If you’re struggling with academic pressure, personal life, mental health, or anything else – you can talk to:
- The Faculty of Life Sciences SWAs or SAs
- Your Personal Tutor
