600 MHz Data Retrieval

Instructions on accessing your NMR data acquired on the SoP 600 MHz spectrometer

When acquiring your data, ensure it is stored in your group’s nmr folder within the nmrdata-manual folder. This will allow you to access it using NOMAD.

Go to https://nomad.cs.ucl.ac.uk and click the user button to log in
Click Datastore —> Manual Claim in the top right corner
Select the 600 from the instrument drop down list and click ‘Get dataset folders’. You should be able to see all unclaimed datasets from your group.
Select your experiments then click ‘Claim Selected’ at the top of the page to assign the experiments to your account. You’ll see a status bar appear at the top of the page - please let this complete before you continue. If you have a lot of data it might take a while, so you may want to do a few at a time to make sure they complete properly.
Click Datastore —> Search Experiments in the top right corner. Click Manual at the top of the page.
Use the filters as needed then click Search.
Select the experiments you want and either click Download or Open in NMRium at the top of the page as desired. You can expand the folders as required to view individual experiments.
