Overview

The Mass Spectrometry Facility at the UCL School of Pharmacy delivers one-stop, end-to-end LC-MS—from raw sample to data report—with integrated wet-lab sample preparation and dry-lab data visualization services for small molecules, peptides, proteins and Omics projects.

Our platform supports accurate-mass identification; discovery label-free and targeted proteomics; native MS of non-covalent complexes; metabolomics; and quantitative LC-MS/MS with a focus on drug discovery and biomarker discovery. Where appropriate, we offer nanotechnology-powered proteomics sample-preparation workflows that enrich low-abundance targets and accelerate biomarker discovery.

We offer transparent, competitive rates for UCL and external academic/industrial partners, with cost-effective options for common assays. Our facilities complement those elsewhere in the UCL Mass Spectrometry Science & Technology Platform.
