A delegation from UCL School of Pharmacy was invited to a reception at the Royal Danish embassy on invitation from the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.

  • UCL School of Pharmacy representatives attended reception at Royal Danish Embassy

Professors Abdul Basit and Simon Gaisford and Dr Anna Kirstine Jørgensen attended a reception at the Royal Danish Embassy in London upon invitation from the Danish Ambassador to the UK and the leadership of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at University of Copenhagen (UCPH). 

The purpose of the UCPH delegation’s visit was to gather inspiration and learnings about the unique academic and research ecosystem across London, and to highlight the importance of continued and strengthened collaborations between London and Copenhagen in Health and Medical Sciences.

The event featured talks from the Danish Ambassador to the UK, Kristina Miskowiak Beckvard, Dean of the Health and Medical Sciences Faculty UCPH, Professor Bente Merete Stallknecht, and Vice Provost of Health at UCL, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar.
