The prize winners are being recognized for their significant findings related to brain stimulation and network mapping, transcranial ultrasound stimulation, trauma and stress related disorders, depression, and anxiety. Their important work is advancing the development of diagnostic tools, the identification of effective and targeted treatments, and paving the way toward prevention of mental illness.
The prize winners have previously received funding through BBRF’s Young Investigator Grant program, which supports early-career scientists as they gather pilot data and “proof of concept” for their innovative clinical and basic research.
