This week, I was proud to celebrate the graduation of our 2025 cohort - a remarkable group of students whose achievements reflect the very best of the Faculty of Life Sciences.
From neuroscience and pharmacology to biodiversity and synthetic biology, our graduates leave UCL ready to lead and innovate.
Their success is a testament to the talent and resilience that defines our community.
It’s been a standout year for the Faculty.
We’ve seen Nobel Prizes awarded to researchers connected to our work, major funding secured for synthetic plant research, and pharmacy-led advances in personalised medicine. We’ve also welcomed Princess Anne to our rooftop garden at UCL East and spotlighted wasps at the Grant Museum - reminding us of the power of public engagement.
To the Class of 2025: congratulations! We can’t wait to see what you do next.
