2 volumes entitled "František Palacký: an introduction to his life and work, with special reference to his ideas regarding nationality and government" by Dr J Emlyn Williams, written at Vienna, 1928. 2 letters (1 inserted in each volume) from Dr Williams and an annotation on each cover shows the work to have been entered for the SSEES "Palacký Prize Competition".
