Changes to opening hours during February 2022

During a library closure you will not be able to collect any Click and Collect items from that location until it has re-opened. Full details of changes to opening times below.

The Joint Library of Ophthalmology

Due to flooding, the Joint Library of Ophthalmology will be closed until further notice.

Science Library 

Due to essential building maintenance work, the Science Library will be closed from 17:00 on Thursday 10 February, reopening at 08:45 on Tuesday 15 February.

Institute of Archaeology Library

On Tuesday 15 February the Institute of Archaeology Library will close at the earlier time of 17:00.

Cruciform Hub

Due to the Cruciform Building being closed for essential maintenance to the water supply, the Cruciform Hub will be closed on Saturday 19 February.

Special Collections South Junction Reading Room

Due to essential maintenance work, the Special Collections South Junction Reading Room will be closed from Monday 21 February - Tuesday 1 March inclusive.

Queen Square Library

Please note Queen Square Institute of Neurology, Queen Square Library changes to opening times:

• Tuesday 22 February: 11:00 - 16:45
• Monday 28 February: 11:00 - 16:45
• Tuesday 01 March: 11:00 - 16:45

Language & Speech Science Library

Due to staff shortages the Language & Speech Science Library will be closed on Saturday 26 February.

Possible disruption due to industrial action

Due to industrial action some of our library services may be disrupted between Monday 21 – Tuesday 22 February and Monday 28 February – Wednesday 2 March.
