In this brief session we will explore the literature search process, with a focus on elements where attendees feel they most lack confidence or would welcome additional support. Where possible we will tailor the session to the requirements of the attendees, addressing literature searching problems that attendees have identified in their own work.
This session is suitable for anyone about to start a literature search, or currently undertaking a literature search, who has particular queries or is seeking advice on their own search strategy. If you are currently working on a search strategy, we recommend you bring it with you or are able to retrieve a saved search strategy via the resource you are searching. It may be helpful to bring your own device to the session. Please note that it may not be possible to address more complex literature search queries in the time available, in which case we will suggest routes for further support.
This session is for up to 10 people on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no need to book but please arrive in good time to avoid disappointment.
