    Teacher introduce the task. The pupils will go outside to collect different nature materials, like stones, sticks, leaves, pinecones, chestnuts etc. When they are satisfied with the amount of nature materials they find a spot outside where the gather the nature materials into an artistic pattern (mandalas).

    Devide the class in pairs or groups of 3 - 4 pupils.

    Each participant gather nature materials and investigate what type of materials which can be used to make a nice pattern. (Stones, picks, pinecones, chestnuts, leaves)

    The groups meet with all the materials they each have gathered and then discuss how they will make their mandals.

    The groups make their mandals on the ground with the nature materials.

    When the group has finished their work. They discuss how they will present the work for the rest of the class.

    The class visits each others mandalas and the group which made the mandala present it for the rest of the class. The pupils will then practice to present in front of others and to listen to each other.

    The pupils gather and discuss with the teacher and each other. First the teacher ask the pupils what they felt they learned from this experience. The pupils get to think a little individually before they go into their group and then present an answer to the class. (IGP method , indivual, group and plenum)
