- Third graders from Bulgaria plan a skype meeting with Buncee Buddies penpals from America and they will exchange ideas on Earth day topic. The given task by the teacher is : students will make up their own scenario on Earth Day topic, create ideas about how to save the Earth, create colourful paper T-shirts and put their ideas on them, take photos and record short videos. They will present their ideas as paper T-shirts and final digital products with Buncee to their digital penpals on their skype meeting. They will exchange ideas with their global peers.
- Aims
- 1. Students learn through doing, creating their own ideas. They improve their foreign language skills learning new vocabulary about Earth day and how to save the planet. 2. Students learn how to use different kind of media 3. Students learn how to produce their own learning content on a digital environment like edu Buncee 4. Students learn how to collaborate together in a team work on a given task. 5. Students study how to present and share their creations in real and virtual environment. 6. Students enjoy real communication via skype with their American pen pals
