Resident clergyman, dying in Jamaica c. 1840.

  1. Monumental inscription in the churchyard to the cathedral in Spanish Town: "Sacred to the Memory of the Reverend George Crawford Ricketts Fearon, who departed this life on 22nd October 1840 aged 49 years. He was Rector of Clarendon in his native parish for a period of 20 years. He was unostentatiously good, without guile, true of speech and pure of heart." Will of Rev. George Crawford Ricketts Fearon, clerk of Clarendon Middlesex proved 08/03/1842.

  2. In 1871 Mary Burbury Fearon, widow, annuitant, aged 85 born Jamaica was living with her daughter Eliza Oakes Fearon aged 49 unmarried annuitant born Jamaica at 26 North Parade, Penzance, Cornwall. She died there in 1879, and her daughter Eliza in 1905.
