Trustee of James Laing, together with Laing's son Allan Stewart Laing (q.v.).

  1. A solicitor: an Abel Jenkins appears among the shareholders of the London Joint Stock Bank until 1875, of New Inn Strand, and Abel Jenkins Solicitor was an executor of Allan Stewart Laing's will in 1862.
