  1. In 1851 Ann [sic] Dowers born St Vincent aged 60 fundholder was living at 32 York Place with daughter E.C. [=A?] Dowers aged 37 born Kent, Deal.

  2. Will of Anne Dowers of York Place Portman Square who died 19/02/1861 proven 28/03/1861 by Elizabeth Ann Dowers of York Place and Robert Gillespie the younger of Billiter Court, effects under £4000.
