Biography

  1. Very likely Judith Isaacs, daughter of Solomon Isaacs, born in Jamaica 19/08/1801, sister to Jacob, Isaac, Abraham and Asher Isaacs (all q.v.).

  2. In 1851 Judith was a visitor at 5 Dorset Square, Marylebone, age 48, unmarried, born Jamaica, in the household of her brother Jacob Isaacs, a West India merchant.

  3. "The Will of Judith Isaacs late of 5 Dorset-square Marylebone in the County of Middlesex Spinster deceased who died 12 February 1859 at Dorset-square aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oath of Jacob Isaacs of 5 Dorset-square aforesaid Esquire the Brother and the sole Executor. Effects under £800."

  4. Judith Isaacs of Dorset Square was buried in Balls Pond Cemetery, London, 15/02/1859 age 57.
