Biography

  1. Awarded the compensation for four enslaved people in Kingston Jamaica. She was described as 'Mrs Jane Sarah Burdekin' at the 1832 registration, undertaken on her behalf by a local agent.

  2. Death "At Dolby-terrace, Islington, on Easter Sunday, Jane Sarah, relict of the late Ebenezer Burdekin, of the firm of Burdekin and Holdsworth, of Kingston, Jamaica."
