Biography

Born in either 1757 or 1758. The 2nd son of Charles Kelsall (q.v.). In 1777 married Frances, daughter of William Burt of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Died 1794 or1795. Inherited the estates of his father (Hermon Hill and Union): see the entry for Charles Kelsall.
