Annuitant under the will of Lucy Mary Billingsley (q.v.), and son of Joseph Pickering (q.v.).

'Joseph Pickering, son of Joseph Pickering of London, gent., matriculated Christ Church Oxford 26/11/1764 aged 16; B.A. 1768; M.A. 1771; Bar. at law Lincoln's Inn 1772. See Gent. Mag. 1820 i 566.' This reference to the GM is to the obituary of Joseph Pickering perpetual curate of Paddington, shown in the New Monthly Magazine Vol. 14 Aug. 1 1820 p. 232 as having previously been curate at Wickham Hampshire. The will makes no reference to his annuity or to any arrears on it.
