Will of Patrick Welsh planter of St Thomas-in-the-East proved 01/12/1739. He left his property to his brother James Welsh (q.v.), then in the East Indies, failing whom to his nephews James Carroll (q.v.) and John Carroll.

A cover note outlining the contents of the document.
