MP for Cornwall 1790-1806. He was shown by Craton and Walvin as lending - with William Cardale (q.v.) - 'a further £15,000 on the security of the estate' [implicitly Worthy Park] 'about the same time [as 1798]'. The will of Sir Rose Price shows that Gregor and Cardale were trustees of a deed of 11/08/1798 corresponding to this raising of £15,000.
