Thomas Horton

London merchant, partner in Hibbert, Purrier & Horton. LBS has found no evidence to date that he was the Mr Horton or Haughton with whom Anne (Nancy) Parsons, later Viscountess Maynard, went to Jamaica before returning by the early 1760s.

1. Will of Thomas Horton merchant of St Dunstan-in-the-East [made in 1776] proved 13/02/1781. After monetary legacies of £650 to various family members and connections, including Thomas Hibbert jun. of Jamaica and John Purrier, he left his residuary estate to his thee brothers in England.
