London merchant, partner or associate of John Trevanion (q.v.) and with him the mortgagee of slave-property in St Vincent belonging to Charles Payne Sharpe between 1766 and 1770.

  1. The will of William Wood Esq. of City of London (made in 1773) proved 10/08/1775 is uninformative (the universal legatee for his unspecified property was his daughter Mary) but includes John Trevanion as executor.
