Biography

Mortgagee of two estates on Nevis, the compensation for which was paid to his widow and son as administrators of his estate.

  1. Administration of the goods of William Mill late of Bishops Hull [Somerset] was granted 02/12/1817 to Mary Mills the relict and William Maynard Mills one of the children and the sole legatee. The will is three lines long and says only that his son William Maynard Mills should come into a full child's share of his property notwithstanding the settlement made on him at his marriage 'and in every other respect I die intestate.'
