Eliza Partridge Skirving (née Knowles)

1. Eliza Patridge Knowles, baptised, St James, Jamaica 01/01/1796, daughter of Edward (q.v) and Mary Knowles, age/year of birth columns in the register completed to show 28 months and 1795 (query if “months” is a copyist’s error for March).

2. Eliza, eldest daughter of the late Edward Knowles esq married Dr .... Skirving at Orange Grove in St Ann, 09/10/1818.

3. Living at Woodlands, Hanover, in 1823, described as white, aged 26. Also there were William (aged 26), Mary (4), Edward (2.5) and Ann (1) Skirving, all white.

4. Eliza Skirving, widow of the late Dr Skirving, was buried in the church yard at Trelawny, 30/07/1837, age stated as 46, abode at Falmouth.
